Need a subleaser for my apartment as I graduate in May. The apartment can be yours as early as May 15th until July 31st. The landlord is currently looking to fill the space for the following year as well, so there would be an option to extend the lease. The landlord has been great and has always fixed what we needed fixing. The apartment comes with washer and dryer hookups but not the machines. The place is a 3 Bedroom but has a 4th room that can't legally be rented as a bedroom. It is located between 10th and 11th on Fremont. Pets are not allowed by the landlord (except small ones such as a bird she said were allowed). There are two bathrooms in the apartment and the apartment has 2 rooms downstairs and the other bedroom and extra room are upstairs.

I'm moving out of my apartment and I need a female subleaser as soon as possible until July. I live with three other females in a four bedroom apartment. Rent is $434 a month and utilities (including cable) are about $20-$30. I'm willingly to pay the rent and utlities for February if you're willing to pay the $200 subleasing fee and move in before the end this month.
The room I want to sublease is furnished with a full sized bed, floor length mirrored closets, a dresser and a desk. There is also a dishwasher and a dryer/washer in the apartment.
