Female, another Army wife who doesnt want to live alone while her hubby deploys is idea. I am open to short term 6 months. I just ask for a 200.00 deposit and no smoking in the house. I am pretty chill but like my apartment not to be party central or lots of people over. I am not uptight though or rude. The room is pretty large, we live in a 2/2 in the Bluffs so you will have your own bathroom that is next door to your bedroom. Washer and Dryer is in the apartment and there is a balcony you can use an electric grill out there only. As for bills. Everything is split down the middle. Its a fairly simple apartment, though it does have a balcony with a nice view and the kitchen has been redone recently. Theres on-site laundry facilities and a pool.
