I have an 2004 Yamaha YZFR-6 for sell or trade. I bought it just a little while ago and my wife is ticked off to the point I gotta sell it. I ride this bike every other day or so and currently and it has 20K on the odometer and rides perfectly. New tires and all services done in last 2 weeks. It was laid down at around 10-15mph and cracked the stock plastics, so I bought some to replace them, which are included in the sale. No structural damage at all and after the new fairings go on, you wont even be able to tell it was ever dropped. The original owner lost the title, so I never received one when I bought it. Naturally, he doesnt give a hoot to help me get it now since its not his problem anymore. It is obtainable however, because there is no lein against the bike. You can get a new one through a title recovery company which charges $300 for title replacement, or just keep it as a track/stunt/show bike. Dont ask me to jump through the circles to get it because Im not spending another dime on this bike. I will include a bill of sale. I have had this bike for 5 years. In that time it has served me well until this year. The bike needs a stator. I had put one in 2 years ago and road till this one failed. The high tension winding goes out....no revs above 4800-5000 rpms. I know stator can be rewound at Cyclops cycles for $165.Bike was originaly brown, resprayed yellow, now in gray primer with lots of hardner, so its tough..... have the original rear fender, front fender and few other parts, rear shocks, the ones on it are 2\" drop and the forks are pulled up in the tree. Bike has lower bars on it now, have originals. Bike was getting about 160 miles to the tank.......and has gotten better, but I was hard into the throttle., probably could use a rejet on the carbs as its running just a tad lean, it has harley slipon replacements from emgo Sounds very nice. I have the jets, and the original set of carbs, these were rebuilt and put on 5 months ago and at the same time new OE petcock was put on tank.Bike will start and idle and run up to around 4800 rpms but cuts off and becomes an air pump above. I have tried the high side fix, but does not work......needs the stator. Bike also had had the frame cut behind the shock mounts, and has a springer seat in place of original. Can convert back to original height ,do not have original seat. $600 obo make me an offer. I have a 1984 Honda Shadow Engine. Engine was pulled from a bike that had an electrical fire. I was told bike was running fine until the fire.I have not heard the engine run but can confirm the fire as I removed all the burnt wiring when I stripped the bike.Engine side cover for the left side is not there. I have two engine cores. One is a 1979 Goldwing Gl1000 and the other is a 1980 GL1100Each core has heads removed and timing belt covers and belts. I will also be removing the starters and the stators. Everything else will remain in the cores. I’m selling my 2003 Suzuki Volusia. It has just less than 3,200 miles. It’s very clean and is a good running bike. The tires front and back are in excellent condition with lots of tread. It comes with a windshield rear passenger seat and hard saddle bags which are not presently on the bike. I also changed the stock beach style handle bars with Harley Davidson Heritage Softail bars. There is a small dent on the left side of the tank and just a few other small scratches. If you were to put the tank emblems back on, which I have new and go with the bike, the dent would be covered completely. This bike is very clean and shines nice. It’s wiped down after every ride. I’m in the market for a bigger bike. I’d like to keep it but can’t justify having two bikes. I do currently ride the bike, so it may have a few more miles on it when you call. I’m asking $ 3,800 OBO. Selling a 2001 yzf 600r. This is not the R6. The Dog bones have been changed out to the Hayabusa bones and the rear has been raised by 3 inches. It doesnt sit flat like all of the other 600r bikes. The bike was recently paint Long Beach Blue Pearl. It was self painted so it isnt perfect but nothing too noticable. . Rear tire was replaced last summer and the front still has about 50% tread left before it needs to be replaced. Chain and sprockets were also changed last summer to the 520 conversion. Bike runs great and no mechanical issues are known. Break fluid has been changed for the front and rear as well. Bike only has 14k miles on it compared to the 28k that it is suppose to have. Bike has never been stunted on or wheelied, sold as is. This is a great beginners bike. Contact me if you have questions. I am asking 3200 but will entertain worthwhile offers. I just dropped the price a bit to move it.I have a 94 Katana 600 for sale - in great shape and has been professionally painted (urethane base/clear - GM metalic grey), has low miles, has new tires on front and rear with under 500 miles on them, has new brakes on rear with less than 100 miles (and I think Ive got the sintered metallic pads for the front too), Ive got a new battery in the box. Has full yoshamira exhaust (header and carbon fiber muffler). Stock it was 100 HP and now its got ~112-115 HP - plenty enough to get in trouble with....Ill be right up front and say there is an annoying problem with it right now - it fouls a plug after an hour or so of running and I was told its running rich and the carbs needed rebuilding so I bought another complete set of carbs off a guy on the Katana forums who wrecked his bike and parted it out. he swore they were working perfectly - when I put them on they leaked out #3/4 so thats where the bike sits right now - its needing the carbs re-worked and with the 2 sets you should be able to make one good set if you know what youre doing or I will take it to a shop for more $Im asking $1800 OBO as it is... $2100 and Ill take it to the M/C shop, have them completely go through the carbs and have them probably replace the plugs (since they might be fuel fouled from the carbs overflowing) and you can pick it up from them 100% fresh and ready to ride... Will deliver to your door within ~20 miles once paid for or maybe further depending....WILL consider a trade too - Mainly looking to do a part trade for a big V-twin metric cruiser (1000cc or larger - cash out to you)or a cash to me partial trade for a waverunner / PWC at least 700cc with trailer, OR a 4-stroke electric start 400+cc dirt bike (DR-Z400, WR450F, etc.) OR a circle track A or B-modified roller. These bikes have bulletproof engines. I did keep track of the gas mileage while I owned it, and I never averaged less than 70 mpg, but most of the time I got around 75 mpg. Oil has been changed every 1500 miles or less, and every fall. Stabilizer has always been used during winter months. I babied this bike, maintained it well, and never rode it hard.
