Thanks for looking. Im selling an old modern stereo bench that I no longer have room for. It is imported Danish teak (no brand name) and approximately 30-40 years old. It was my parents at one time and they used it for a record player and record collection. I later used it for my stereo and TV. It was purchased by my mother from a Scandanavian furniture and design store in Indianapolis, a place where she worked at the time.Overall, it has been very well cared for, but shows some of the usual age for pieces from the period. I use teak oil on it about three times a year to keep it nice and clean. There used to be some dividers on the lower right side for albums, but I no longer have the teak dividers. I do have the metal brackets that hold the dividers in place if you wanted to cut your own dividers to hold albums. The two drawers slide in/out effortlessly.As you can see from the pics, it is two-piece and extendable anywhere from 48\" to 90\". This is a 45 Gallon Oceanic Natures View tank, pine stand, and Odyssea power compact lighting system. The tank and stand are in good condition, the light has one of the two ballast burnt out...so only two of the four bulbs (one on each end) come on at the moment. This would be a cheap fix from the local hardware store, the light alone was $260 new. I am using a hallide on my new tank and didnt want to mess with it. We had originally purchased it to cut in half and run under our dining table, but we never got that far. The rug is backed with rubber and grips tight without marring any surface. Due to its nature it would also dry well and would be great in your outdoor spaces, deck, balcony, patio or porch. Cut it up and make lots of little rugs, use it long and put it down your hallway or use different sizes throughout your home as you please. Up for sale is a bench purchased from Restoration Hardware, made by Mitchell & Gold. This piece retailed for over $1000 and is in excellent condition. Its one of those pieces that was truly built to last a lifetime. It has real joints and is made from real wood (shocking, I know!). Its 4 ft in length and 1.5ft wide and sits 15 inches high. It is double tufted and all the tufting buttons are in great condition. The only obvious wear to the piece is two small scratches from a cat where the fabric pulled, but because of the weave and color of the fabric, it isnt noticeable in the slightest unless you know what youre looking for! It is brown, although weve been pairing it with greys and it doesnt look out of place at all!Were moving and it needs a new home and fast! It would be great at the foot of a bed, under a window or used as a coffee table and even long enough to serve as a guest bed for a child (and comfortable enough for that as well!).
