No gap in employment between the two. Heres the thing, I have an eviction on my record from 5 years ago, and alot of leasing offices will not approve me because of that alone. On Christmas Eve, my fiance got laid off from his job, due to economic issues but hes getting unemployment. Even with his checks or not, I still can afford to rent a nice house. I want to buy a house, but with credit issues, I need to clear debt up before I go to a lender or first time buyer program. Were really good people, and have the references to back it up. I also want to live in a home before I began the process of buying one because I want to see if its something that I really want to do. I bought my home 6 years ago. The house at the time was not much but I knew I could make it in to something special. Then I went through it and ripped out all the carpet, kitchen to include appliances, cabnets, counter tops and more, bath rooms and more. Once I had all the mess cleaned up, I went though and repainted all the interior to include the ceilings and walls. Then I screwed the floor down to eliminate as much of the floor noise as I could. I then replaced the vanity top in the master bath and sanded and painted the vanity as well as in the 2nd bathroom. I also tiled both bathrooms and replaced both stools and all new plumbing fixtures and lights through out the home. New carpet was put in in all 3 bedrooms, stairway and in basement. All new doors in the home as well as garge doors. All new light fixtures, conter tops, kitchen cabinets, appliances, NEW HEATING AND COOLING UNIT IN 2006-2007. Home has harwood floors in entry way, living room, kitchen, dinning room, hallway and first half of 2nd bathroom. 2 decks, a shed and perfect landscaping. BEST YARD IN THE AREA. Exterior of home has new paint, new light fixtures, new stain on the deck, WATER POND in back and much much more. This house is in perfect condition and someone will be able to move in right away.
