We have a room for rent in our 3/2.5 for $650 month, which includes utilities (water, electric, gas, and internet). We are located in Wailua Homesteads, close to Sleeping Giant at Olohena and Kamalu Roads, just up the road from Kapaa town on the East side. It is a new house, with hardwood floors, spacious living room and kitchen, front and back lanais, a garden and available garden space, a carport with covered parking and some storage space, washer/dryer, gas range, gas BBQ grill, and internet included. Living space is fully furnished- share our well-equipped kitchen and living room and/or we will make room for your stuff. Your bedroom (with sliding door to back lanai) is not furnished, but a queen mattress can be provided. Share bathroom with 1 adult. Temporary/ Vacation rentals considered, long term preferred.
