We're in the process of trying to sell our lovely 2B/2B condo in Koloa.
We're looking for the perfect tenant to rent from us on a month-to-month basis. This person(s) must be very clean and neat and they must be willing to make the condo available for our realtor to show. We will not allow anyone to visit the condo who isn't accompanied by our realtor, so you don't need to worry about "strangers" coming by.
Here's the lowdown on the condo community:
It's located on Poipu Road just minutes from Poipu Beach Park, in a small, 19 unit condo complex consisting of only 5 buildings nestled amongst a mature landscape on over 1.5 acres of land - VERY beautiful!
We have an interior condo with over 1,075 sq. ft. of living space which consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a U shaped floor plan with the kitchen, living, dining and laundry area in the center, and large bedroom/bath combinations on each side, allowing for privacy in each bedroom. The condo has been recently remodeled and features new paint and carpet. Beautiful wood moldings surround each entry and closet.
It's a desirable corner unit located on the on the upper level and is surrounded by tropical Plumeria trees, with a great view of the gardens and the community pool. There is a large lanai on two sides with three sliding doors which allows for plenty of light to shine, and air to circulate throughout. The condo is UNFURNISHED except for a small dining table and chairs.
Our previous tenant paid $1,800 per month, but we're willing to reduce this to $1,200 for the right person(s).
There's plenty of parking with close access to our unit. Pets are NOT allowed.
Applicants must be willing to provide the following:
• $35 application fee per person to cover processing of full credit and background check
• $600 refundable security deposit
• 2 personal references
