I will be going to school full time in the fall, and I am looking for a roommate to share my small 2 bedroom home. your choice of bedrooms or basement, there is only one full bathroom or shower in basement. rent is 400 a month and will split utitilties. water 23.00 every 3 months, i only have interenet 44.00 but could add cable if you want to split and cilco which usually runs pretty low--highest bill was 125.00 over the winter. I would say under 100 a month for utilities. I am 43/divorced male and have an 11yr old but doesnt stay with me. I would prefer a single person that is clean/responsible/quiet and has a good job/non-smoker and no pets. I work second shift and like i said am going to school. I live in a quiet neighboorhood, great front porch, back patio, fire pit and partially fenced yard, very private. If you would like to see the house my best time is either mornings during the week or sat/sun. thanks and also require deposit of 200.00 and references/job. I will be going to school full time in fall and work full time also, need someone to share my home to help me w/my bills. Im 43 divorced clean/responsible and non-smoker. I would like to find a male around my age or younger who is responsible/clean and non-smoker. I have no pets and prefer someone who also has no pets. I am looking to rent as soon as possible, my house is near the high school and has 2 bedrooms one bath 1000 sq. feet. you can have your choice of bedrooms, laundry in basement. You will enjoy the large master bedroom with full bath and have access to the rest of the home. There is cable, central a/c, wireless internet and 2 large closets in the master bedroom. I have a basement that was once used as a bedroom, family room, but furniure has been removed and given to the kids that moved out. Id love to furnish it again as it was awesome for entertaining. Washer and dryer in basement as well. Large backyard with gas grill and small deck. Im very open minded, but looking for drug-free, female roommate.
