Hi there, I am a 40 something year old female with a 17 yr old son still in high school. My other older children have moved out and am looking for a respectable roommate. You will enjoy the large master bedroom with full bath and have access to the rest of the home. I even have a decent sized refrigerator that could be put into your bedroom. (For those moments you dont want to come into the kitchen!). There is cable, central a/c, wireless internet and 2 large closets in the master bedroom. I have a basement that was once used as a bedroom, family room, but furniure has been removed and given to the kids that moved out. Id love to furnish it again as it was awesome for entertaining. Washer and dryer as well. Large backyard with gas grill and small deck for entertaining. We would have to discuss boundaries and hours of entertainment though. Im very open minded, but looking for drug-free, female roommate. Attached garage is filled with storage items, but if need be, it can be cleaned up and possibly used for a vehicle. Fairly secluded area (meaning no nosey neighbors and wooded lot in back of the house. If interested, please contact me asap. Available within the next month! A very small quiet dog would be ok as I have a small terrier.
