This is a great sailboat that is very unique to the area! It’s a 37’ Irwin MK III “Ketch”. The beam is 11’6”. The sailboat has a 50hp, 4 cylinder Perkins diesel engine. The motor has low hours for its age and runs and starts great (new oil change and coolant flush). The boat is equipped with two state rooms and two heads and a shower. The cabin has teak floors and walls and the kitchen is equipped with a three burner gas stove and a refrigerator. The fridge currently does not work at the moment and I can’t figure it out but I am sure it can easily be fixed. The sails are in good shape but the main sail has a small hole in it that can be fixed with a bit of sail tape. The boat currently sails wonderfully and the running rigging works great as well as the furling system works smooth.
