I have one bedroom for rent. The living room is unfurnished about to furnish it in March-April/May. If you move in before February 1st you only have to pay $35 dollars to move in but there is an application you have to fill out for a credit and background check. You have to apply with Hilton Real Estate if you want to move in after you view the room. The fee for the application is $33 dollars. Rent is due on the 1st of every month and would be $215 dollars and you are responsible for half of the utilities. My utility bill has not hit over $70 dollars yet. I am right across the street from Eastern Washington University. You look out the living room window and can see the campus. We have a great home in one of the better parts of Liberty Lake, which is 10 minutes from the Valley or Post Falls, 20 minutes to either downtown of Spokane or CdA.My newlywed and I are renting out 2 extra rooms upstairs, while currently living downstairs ourselves. I used to work many years in property management, as well as managing the 520 apartments at Big Trout Lodge, and can confidently offer our rooms as a better living situation than there! :DThe home with 2 extra rooms to rent is quite-new, and plenty of space. We GREATLY appreciate quiet and responsible renters who pay on time and respect themselves, our property, and us...and do expect to find such renters; otherwise we will use the rooms as storage. :pThe rent space includes a living and dining area that we use MAYBE once a week, a full/modern kitchen that is only used for some dinners we make (as our downstairs partial kitchen is enough for most of our dining need) and to wash dishes in the dishwasher. There are 3 bathrooms upstairs, as well as the washer and dryer. Aside from the bedrooms space to rent, there really isnt much room nor need for furnishings (including kithcen equip)--we have it all here already. Uncovered parking is available; we have a brand new hot tub, large in-ground pool (9ft deep with diving board & slide), trampoline, BBQ, front/back yard...with parks and the lake in VERY close walking distance. We have toys too~~too many to list.About us: we are an active Christian couple in our 30s, and although we love all sorts of people, we tend to attract people like ourselves, that would fit well in our home. Since we employ ourselves from home, we are either home or travelling. Thus far, females have worked out best for our renting-situation, pets or partying have not. We LOVE children too, MUCH moreso than lingering tag-alongs abusing our home.
