Hey, so I am looking for two roommates for my four bedroom house. Right now it is my roommate Mike, my dog Aliyah, and my cat Zoey. We are laid back people, and are both students here at WSU studying to be teachers. Im an active person and I like to go for runs/bike rides and walks with my dog on the trail right across the street. I am totally welcome to new animals in the house, just as long as they are well mannered and they get along with my crew (shouldnt be hard--my dog is a golden retriever). The two rooms available are decent sized rooms, much larger than a typical apartment room, and both have two windows. The one upstairs also has a walk-in closet and will be available at the end of July; the other room is located on the main floor and is available to rent right now. Both are $325 a month plus utilities. Hey There! I am looking for a roommate starting anytime after June 16th. I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in a quiet village and the room I am looking to rent has its own large full bathroom (pics below). I am looking for a roommate to move into a new place with. I currently live in a small apartment but I have new neighbors that are driving me out of here. I am looking for someone that is responsible and has a decent job or income. Ideally we would move into a 2 bedroom and split rent and utilities. I have satellite and internet which can be shared and split if you want. You must be pet friendly and kid friendly (I have godsons that visit occasionally). Need a roomate starting in August. One bedroom in a two bedroom condo. Ten minute walk to the U of I administration building or student union building and a twelve to fifteen minute walk to downtown. Therere a washer and a dryer next to the kitchen. The available bedroom and the rest of the condo are fully furnished, including kitchen implements (pillow-top firm double bed in the bedroom). Theres a shared bathroon with a combination shower/bathtub. Youll have your own parking space down front and some storage room in the garage. Im a fourth year vet student, so Im pretty quiet and busy a lot. I have a 40lb border collie/healer cross that stays in my room when Im gone. Shes atypical for her breed in that shes not hyper, but loves people and is extremely friendly. Pets may be negotiable. Rent is $325 a month, plus half of the utilites (ends up averaging $55 a month for half). I keep the condo pretty clean and clutter free in the common areas. I do have the occasional get together mostly dinner party-type events. I love to cook, be involved in the community, play music and recreate outdoors. My roommate and I need two people to move into our condo by the middle of June as our other roommate is moving out and we cant afford the rent when he does. If we can get two people to move in, the rent will be around $250. We live in a condo on F st and Hayes - Vaulted ceilings with skylights, patio with decent sized back yard, two bathrooms, one car garage. The condo complex does have a pool house and hot tub, but the landlord is in the process of fixing both of those. Water, sewer, garbage are paid for. The location is a bit of a walk from downtown (15 min.) but the bus picks up about a half block away.No pets or smoking inside, sorry! Their rules, not ours. Were not big partiers, but the occasional get-together should be expected.Were not too picky, but we are looking for someone who wont trash the kitchen, leave all the lights and appliances on, and ditch out for the night.
