Ok, heres what I got. Ive got this house for sale that Ive been selling for sale by-owner for the last few months. The market isnt moving at all right now and I dont want to pay a real estate agent. First, a few of my needs...backyard access,shared responsibilities amongst the group living there,about 5 sq. yards to store my two bicycles and tools, safe spot, outside or in,respect in only we all contribute to the household.Im very low drama and dont have people over often, maybe twice in the 4 months at my old place.Im completing a doctorate of philosophy degree at ISU.I tend to have later hours due to my laboratory schedule, but I know the difference between music noiseand softly using the kitchen reheating my largely vegetarian diet. Other than lazy days, Im at the U gettingwork done or in my room typing.I do go out of state on travel for days at a time.Im 29, male, and have a steady income and references.I dont mind living in an existing dump, its gotta be cheep though, Im pretty clean.Its super fun having roommates and I look forward to living with you.Im falling in love with Pocatello, having lived my first year in Idaho in IF. I have a Diablo Sport chip for the chevy 5.3l V8. I had it taken off of my truck so I could sell the truck. It worked great. Great power and fuel mileage. Since it is the old model, it will need to be sent into Diablo to be reflashed and that will cost you about $99. This is a $500 dollar chip and the best chip money can buy. Its in great shape and comes with the original manual. Dont get stuck with a worthless chip off of ebay.
