Ok, heres what I got. Ive got this house for sale that Ive been selling for sale by-owner for the last few months. The market isnt moving at all right now and I dont want to pay a real estate agent. Ive got a four bedroom home that I live in and want to rent out one or two of the rooms. The rent is $200 per month. Here are the terms. There will be no contract and no security deposit. The rent is paid per month and due on the 1st. If the house sells I will give you two weeks notice of my move date (at least two weeks) and the final weeks of your stay in my home will be no charge.What I ask.
