I have a room for rent in my 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Im a single mother with 2 kids who are with me every other week. I would prefer a female roommate but a decent male would be OK. Im asking $400 a month, which includes utilities, cable and internet plus a $200 deposit. I live in a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood near Legacy Park. I have a cat and dog in the home and you are more then welcome to bring your cat but no dogs please. Will prorate rent for this month if you can move in asap.
