13 yr old paint gelding, not registered. Originally bought in Kooskia, Idaho from a Nezperce tribal member. (both horses were bought from him) He could not give me any history of these horses, nor what breed they are. He kept telling me theyre ponies. =o) So, this paint was used as a stud when bought at the age of 4. I had him gelded, he has quite a personality. He will try and dominate if put with other geldings, so unless theyre not fighters, you should be okay. He currently is with 2 of my geldings, they do just fine, play a lot. He has been trained to be a trail horse, is used to the noise of ATV (thinks its dinner time). Usually good at coming to you when you call him, great with the vet and farrier. Hasnt had the need for shoes in years because his hooves are so hard, once broke the farriers nippers. Likes to play in the sprinkler or walk into a spray of water. Can even shake/put up a leg for a treat. Hes less than 15 hands, not sure on the exact height. Very strong, stout horse. A fun horse for trails and games. Hasnt been ridden in 4yrs due to his owner moved to England, but he once was mine. 12yr old Grulla mare, she has foaled once. I have her son, looks just like. She is a bit timid or trys to act like it when you dont have her caught. A lot of info on her, but to much to right (when she was mine). She has been on the trails too and has done well. Sure footed and makes her own paths. Meaning shes not afraid to go through thick brush. She does great with the farrier, vet in getting shots, wormer. When it comes to hands on with her Ive had no issues, just getting to that point can be a challenge. She has had issues in catching, but Ive been working with that and she has improved over time.Owner is asking to keep the 2 together if possible, they havent been separated. $1000 for the pair.
