She has a HUGE BEAUTIFUL house and shes looking for a female to help with chores/errands in exchange for rent... about 30 hours per month. All utilities are included... internet and cable TV. Hello, we are a loving married christian couple. We have 2 empty bedrooms and a bathroom seperated from the master bedroom, bathroom, nursery and office (on different floors) the 475 includes utilities such as cable, power and trash, 2 bedrooms and your own bathroom, We are easy goin and we think we are fun! We do not drink, smoke, party and dont want that here. We are close to the freeway but live in the country. Takes me about 20 min. to get to the boise mall. House is 2 mile from town in country setting. no pets, smoking outside is ok. covered porch. clean house with all cooking utensils. also washer and dryer, If you dont need the other room i can lower rent if I rent the other room out. so if you know someone in need too? house sits on 1 1/4 acre |
