These Collections Representatives will serve as the main contact for customers that are past due on their accounts. Reps will work with customers on resolving their delinquent accounts, update customer information and promote a solid credit history by educating card holders. Duties include: -Negotiating with card holders on a resolution for account delinquency that leaves the customer feeling satisfied and valued -Use computerized system for tracking and gathering information, and troubleshooting. -Reps will work in a goal-oriented environment-working to achieve individual as well as team goals Requirements: -Must be 18 years of age or older-Must have a minimum of 18 months previous work experience-Strong customer service background required-Must have proficient computer skills -Must have strong communication skills-written and verbal -Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high volume call center -Must be able to sit for extended periods of time -Must be able to work independently and in a professional manner -Previous call center experience preferred -High school diploma preferred Pay rate is $10/hr.
