1978 Yamaha XT500. My dad bought it new in Las Vegas rode the life out of it, I rebuilt it rode it, gave it to my brother and he rode the life out of it. Has no title, will make a great trail bike or parts bike for another XT owner. Sold AS IS and has no papers. My dad gave it to me many years ago before his first divorce and in the mix he has lost the Las Vegas title. I never had the title, we tired to apply for a lost title in Vegas last year and they have no record of it anymore. I love the bike because the way it is set up, it is extremely comfortable on long rides (single or double up) but can keep up with the canyon carvers (if you are a good rider), detachable front windscreen, detachable sissy bar. 1996 Honda XR600R. Awesome bike! I currently have it plated. Brake light & mirror. The bike has all the goodies and many extras. Motor was professionally done with a 660 \"Thumper\" low compression kit so it runs great on 87 octane gas. The suspension has been redone and works great. It has a desert tank and supertrap exhaust. Renthal bars w/ risers and moose hand guards. Looks and runs great! This could be one of the lightest and best dual sport bikes out there. It holds 65 mph very well. Come and take it for a spin. Used ONCE between original purchase in 03 and when I bought it in late 07. My son rode it about 15 times since then-10 times in the field behind our house and about 5x at Hemmingway. Never raced but meticulously maintained. The oil was changed and air filter cleaned every single time it was used. Its a 2003 with very low hours (original tires). The hours on this bike would be similiar to a lightly used 07 or regularly used 08. 1984 Honda XR500R. Engine was rebuilt about 6 seasons ago. Rebuild included cylinder bore, weisco piston, new tming chain, and valve job. It has been serviced regularly including oil and filter, air clenaer service, and valve adjustments. Most of the plastic is new including a Clarke gas tank. There is a skid plate in addition to the stock one. The swing arm had been updated from the steel one to aluminum and it has an o-ring chain , sprockets are in good condition. Front tire is about 90% and rear is about 70%. This bike has always started good, is very dependable, and runs really strong. You wont find a better older bike. Im going back to school and have to sell this baby unfortunately. Purchased this bike brand new in Oct. of 2008 for $11,600 from Michaels in Caldwell. I have the title in hand. The bike is white/grey/black with carbon fiber in various places. It has a $700 Leo Vince slip on exhaust tuned by Suzuki dealership that I bought about two weeks after I bought the bike. Removing the stock exhaust made the bike 50 lbs lighter! The hanger for the exhaust can is carbon fiber, from Leo Vince. It has a sweet tank pad. There is a JSD Pro installed to increase horse power. The bike has black Vortex frame sliders. It has a custom fender eliminator kit that has LED lights on it to light up at night. You really have to see the bike. The passenger pegs are off the bike but I have them still and would be included in the sale. Same for the rear seat, I have the padded seat and it comes with sale. Bike has never been tipped, dropped layed down. No scratches. Never been raced or redlined. I live in south Nampa and most of the riding I do is in a straight line haha. I also have a Pit Bull rear stand for the bike that would be included in the sale...well over $1000 in extras that I have spent on it since I bought it. I am not in a panic emergency to sell this so the price is firm, and the bike is worth every penny. Im going back to school and need to get a car. If I ever get the money to buy another bike...itll be a GSXR 1000...I love this bike and especially the color.
