I am looking for a single parent, or? To share a house with. I have 3 kids that I have half time. I will be renting a house between the 15th and the 1st. I enjoy a clean and safe environment. I plan on keeping it that way for my kids. No drugs or wild parties. I do not have any pets, don’t mind if you do. No smoking in the house. I do smoke but trying to quit and when I do it is outside only. I work full time for a state agency. Hoping to find someone who also has kids, or at least knows that when you have kids it is not always as quiet as you may like. I have a bowflex that you can use if you enjoy working out as I do. Male or female does not matter as long as you are responsible, have a source of income. Are not a drunk or into drugs. This is to share a house not just a being a room mate.
