US Ecology Idaho, a leader in the waste treatment and disposal industry is seeking a hands-on individual to manage its office in Grand View, ID. The qualified candidate will assist management staff in coordinating office services such as budget preparation and control, equipment purchase and maintenance, record keeping, office housekeeping, and management analysis programs such as methods to improve workflow, simplify reporting procedures, reduce costs, etc.With the support of the HR Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing human resources services and consultation to the management staff and employees. Responsibilities include all aspects of the employment process from recruiting to termination; compliance; benefits and compensation processing; implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures; training and payroll reporting. Successful candidate must have good oral and written communication skills. Must work well with others and maintain good relationships. Must be able to work independently and complete tasks with minimum oversight; be detailed oriented and organized. Must have the ability to effectively present information to a group of employees or managers.
