Looking for a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef who can effectively run the kitchen operation of a full service Boise restaurant. This management position is responsible for all food prep for daily service. The goal of the kitchen manager is to take ownership of the kitchen by maintaining our standards for labor cost, food cost, presentation, portioning, and cleanliness, while constantly organizing, coaching and coordinating the day and night kitchen staffs. It is important that the KM communicates often and effectively with all levels of the staff, from the GM to the new trainees. This is a salaried position with 55-60 hrs. a week required.
