I was seriously effected by the conversion and wondered if anyone else would like to share their story with me. I am taking it up the ladder sense they dont want to take accountability- I would like every chance I can to have the fees they charged me when they went offline reversed. I know of one person in a wheelchair whos card was shut off because it said wamu instead of chase, and another who started getting fees on a grandfathered account. A friend of mine said 7 people she works with were effected. Please email me with any information that you are willing to share with me.
