There are two 43-inch LCD Projection TV’s in the home. There is a two car garage (though we will leave one car in it). All the tools and yard equipment including a new lawn mower will remain. The washer and dryer are 2 year old Maytag Neptune. The back yard is completely landscaped, with pond (fish and turtles) and a four-foot waterfall. There are three decks in the back, one of which is off the master bedroom also through French doors. There is a large BBQ and new tables and chairs on two of the decks. Landscape lighting lights the pond and a separate stereo system for music while you enjoy the backyard. The backyard is fenced and your dog would be most welcome. The kitchen has all the furnishings you would ever require including GE Profile appliances. All china, pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, kitchen aid mixer, just bring in the groceries. Bedrooms all have queen beds and dressers and include all linens. We are looking for a professional working individual or couple that are in Boise or interested in moving to Boise and dont want to have to hassle with renting an empty home and buying all the furnishings. We also desire that the renters take pride in their home and would care for ours as if it was their own. We are moving overseas for a couple of years and would be most interested in a renter for a minimum of 6 months, but even longer would work better. Rent is $875.00 a month and includes sewer and trash. I realize that the market is glutted with apartments, but how many are as cool as mine? Or, at least, the one I pay for and never use anymore? (Stop me if youve heard this before. . . .) While its not been clinically proven to avert gloom during the inversions, or awe when you see the neighborhood fox pouncing on field mice . . . Ive got some pretty good personal research to talk about. Its about 850 square feet, with a 120 sq. ft. deck. Plenty of trees provide privacy and someone would have to work hard to peek in the windows. Ive done some painting (Yes, the yellows a bit loud, but its made for this space- the room glows when the sun goes down.) Tons of light . . . really great neighbors, a happenin pool (enough kids to give it character, not so many you lose your mind.) Its an incredibly energy efficient apartment, remodeled recently but still retaining its 40s charm. If you sensibly decide you cant live without it, well work something out so you can take over my lease (which ends in April.) I have more pictures, email me and Ill send them over. Both rooms have walk in closets, and one bed room has its own outdoor exit. The rent is 775/mo plus a 775 deposit (we are leaving the place in better than move in condition). The apartment usually leases for 850/mo but we signed up during a special. The Liberty Lake Apartments offers a free 24 hour workout facility, a gated pool, and a club house and movie theater room which are available to be rented out.
