So I have lived at this house for the past year and a half. This will be my second roomate to get married. I must be good luck. My current roommate rents both rooms because she has a son. I am looking for a couple of clean and responsible adult male borders to occupy the upper level of my beautiful 2nd home located in the Baldwin Park Subdivision, in NW Meridian. I utilize this home as a part-time place to stay while I work in the Boise Valley. The upper level has 3 decent sized bedrooms (one can be shared as a common room for the 2 boarders), a single full bathroom with 2 sinks, an area with a computer/work area, and a separate HVAC system. I will confine myself to the first floor. As I am a semi-retired mid 40’s happily married professional man with a loving wife and teenage daughter living an hour away, having female boarders would be inappropriate and against my morals -- so please do not flag this post as sexist or descriminatory, it is legal in Idaho. YOU WILL GET: One private bedroom, shared use of the spare upstairs bedroom, shared use of the upstairs bathroom, use of the downstairs kitchen & dining area, use of the downstairs laundry room, some garage space (3 car garage), use of the front patio, use of the backyard and patio, use of the downstairs powder room, standard non-digital cable TV in upstairs rooms, shared use of wireless cable internet, and seasonal use of the community pool and spa. Rent also includes reasonable use of standard existing utilities (electric, natural gas, water, sewer, garbage, internet, and cable TV service). Although I am a both a smoker and social drinker I don’t mind smoking as long as it is not inside the house (and you contain your butts), but I have no tolerance for problem drinking (where use of alcohol by others in any quantity becomes and problem for me or others) or recreational drug use of any kind. I am looking for a couple (I have 2 rooms for rent) of relatively quiet, neat, and clean male boarders who will take care of my house and not cause me or the neighbors any grief. Because the home is located in a really nice family oriented neighborhood, boarders must have a clean criminal record, and I will expect no loud music or noise, no partying, limited guests or invitees, and general respect for everyone living in the house. Minimum stay/rent will be for a month, weekly thereafter, you chose how long you want to stay, just pay the rent in advance with a $100.00 deposit, and give me a week’s advance notice before you move out.
