Two 24 yr old girls looking for a 3rd roommate, preferably female and 20 something as well. We are down to earth, drama free, respectable and responsible gals working and or attending a pre-professional school at ISU through Boise in the fall… We go out on the weekends but are not party animals, at least not always, and are pretty low key during the week days.. We found an amazing home in the north end, great location, close to downtown and the connector. Like many north end homes it maintains a lot of character, but has been remodeled and updated to include an open kitchen with tiled island, an upstairs with large deck and a basement with a lot of space and storage. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home so you will be sure to have your own bathroom… It also includes a washer and dryer. Another perk is the backyard which has beautiful rose bushes, a small yard area with a pond and waterfall, not to mention a hot tub. The lease starts the beginning of July but we might be able to work something out if you want to move in August…. The rent is $1,100/ month so about $370 each not including utilities, which we would split. We are looking for a roommate who is fun-loving, easy to get along with, respectful of others, tidy, responsible and who has a stable job. Also, sorry no pets. Hello, Ill start off by telling you my name, which is Emily. I am currently 21 years old and I am a full time student at BSU and I have two jobs. I am currently looking for a roommate to move in by July 1st and no later.I live at the Reflections at Rivers Edge, I have a two bedroom, one bath apartment. Pretty much everything you need, fully loaded kitchen, also a washer and dryer in the the unit itself, only utility we pay is power which runs about 60$ a month, so 30$ a piece between the two of us. Also we pay for internet which is another 30$ a month split two ways. Rent itself is 328$ a piece, if you want covered parking its an additional 15$. That is completely up to you though. The lease is through next February, so it would be nice if you were looking for something up until that point.I am very easy going and keep the apartment clean, I would prefer you be the same way. I dont smoke, we do have a balcony, so if you do smoke, only outside is allowed. I prefer you not to have any pets. As I mentioned before, I work two jobs, this is NOT a party house. I do have a drink every once in a while but I do have to wake up just like most people and I do have school as well, so partying will not fly, not to mention get us evicted.I have the master bedroom, though the bedroom is pretty spacious, also I dont mind gender, but keep in mind that we do share a bathroom, so if thats weird for you, dont email me. I like my living environment to be calm and quiet yet still social and fun. This means people come over for dinner and movies every so often as well as the occasional pot-luck or dinner party. So this is a good place if you need to get some work done and also like to relax and have some socialization. The good thing about this set up is that one of us can be up later or earlier and we wont disturb each other. Normally I go to bed around 10 or 11p and am past the kegger phase of my life, if you know what I mean. My ideal roommate is someone who wants to live an adult life while enjoying the benefits of having someone to share costs and keep you company sometimes. -The house has an awesome backyard with raised beds, lots of perennials, an herb garden and large vegetable patch. So it would be great if you are interested in gardening. -The location is very convenient on a quiet street right in the geographic center of Boise, off Overland between Orchard and Roosevelt- 5min walk to groceries, new library, Rite Aid, Walgreens, movies, movie rental, coffee, Chinese, Mexican, pizza, subs... 5min drive, 15-20min bike ride to Downtown and BSU, easy access to freeway and connector, about 5 min to the airport -There is large locked storage shed that is practically empty if you need some extra storage -House still has roof antenna and gets good reception on NBC, ABS, CBS, FOX, PBS and CW for free. Im not a big TV watcher but, would be open to splitting Cable. -In general I try to live sustainably and have made many green improvements to the house.
