Hi, I am looking for a roommate (male/female)...between 21-40 ...non alcoholic, smoke & drug free, a clean person that likes to take care of them and of the place where they stay.Me, I am a male 36, I like to keep things organized...no alcohol, no smoking, and never did any drugs...I am friendly person, honest...clean...At this time I live in the same apartment complex in an apartment but, I want to move to a town home in the same complex, this is why I am looking for a decent roommate to share.I lived here for almost 2 years...I need a larger place. I am not looking to move out with somebody in a different location. No pets are allowed in the apartment complex. The apartment complex is Fairview Crossings...WHERE THE TOWN HOUSE IS (and where I live at this time).You will be renting a room, next to your room is the bathroom. and the living room on the main floor. The floors are about forty years old and have had carpet over them with the exception of the past seven years. They look great with orange glo applied (as seen in this photo, yet have carpet knife score marks and small holes where the carpet pad staples were removed).
