There are a couple pieces with chips, but otherwise in good condition. The 32 piece set is on sale on pfaltzgraff.com for $203.98. When I checked this AM there are 3 pages of stoneware on e-bay with a lot of the Village pattern. I also have covers for some of the pieces but it will be pack well for you. Right now it is hooked up to the house, and in order to remove it, a air conditioning person needs to come over and have the coolant sucked back into it before its unhooked. I contacted Western Heating and Cooling and they said this would cost about $60-$85. If you purchase this unit, it is up to you to contact Western, or someone else who knows what theyre doing to unhook this unit, at your expense. We need the money more than the cooling, but this unit works just fine, and is only 3 or 4 years old. Its an AMANA EFFICENCY 10 and was installed by Western Heating and Air and purchased for many many times more than what im offering it to you for. Unsure of size, but its cooling a 1600 sq foot home right now.This is a fantastic deal, and will go fast, so call me asap at 629-3320. MAKE AN OFFER!!!!!!!!!!!
