My roommate and I are renting out the spare room in our 4 bedroom house. We are both female and are looking for another female to fill the spot. I also have a 2 year old little girl so the house is kid friendly just in case you are a single mom looking for a place to live. Your room is the largest room in the house. It has a door leading into the garage and a door leading into the kitchen. So you have access into and out of the house just through your room. You will have access to the entire house and use everything as if it was your own. We have a huge backyard perfect for bbqs and sunbathing or letting your little one run around and play on the swingset. We have a large storage shed out back as well which will be all yours. So if you have more stuff than will fit in your room it will be safe in the storage out back. We are asking 400.00 a month and that includes all of your utilities. You will not be signing a lease. This will be on a month to month basis. Your only other expence will be the cost of your own food. We are looking for somone between the ages of 20 - 30. We are very easy to get along with. We are just 2 best friends who recently moved here from California and are looking to make knew friends with whomever may get the room. We are clean people.We do not have a party house but we do like to have some fun on occasion. You will love living with us.
