For sale is my pride and joy, a 2000 suzuki TL 1000s V-Twin super bike. I have corrected every flaw and misstep made by suzuki to transform this bike into the bike it should have always been. First I installed a custom one off swingarm from a TLR to correct the bob and porpoise caused by the weak factory swingarm. I lowered the forks 8mm in the clamps and adjusted the shock and spring mount to make the bike more stable at speed and in the corners. I reworked the rotary damper and steering damper to make the bike more supple out of the corners on hard exceleration. It has a power commander with a custom dyno tuned map putting almost 120hp to the ground ( I have the dyno sheet to prove it!). I changed the brakes to 2007 GSXR stoppers with the radial master and six piston calipers with stainless brake lines front and rear. It has been re-geared 1 down in the front and 2 up in the back for amazing low-end grunt with minimal top-end loss. I bulit a custom timing retard eliminator which disables the factory timing retard in the first four gears, it is on a switch so it can be disabled if desired. I rebulit the factory airbox to flow more efficiently with a K&N airfilter. The coils run off a relay straight off the battery to eliminate voltage drop through the wire harness and increase spark reliability. It has Two Brothers pipes which flow like no other and grumble low and loud and shake the earth. It has a quarter turn throttle to make the out of corner exceleration even faster and new grips to keep your paws where they should be at all times. I have two bikes now which is more than I need so I am selling the beauty of the F3s. Bike runs great and just had Carls Cycle check the valve timing to ensure the engine is still strong and that the oil is doing its job. Passed with flying colors, probably because I change the oil consistently, that and they said there should be no engine adjustments for atleast another 50,000 miles as the engine is near bullet proof. Great bike - hardly ridden the last two years. All original including tires. Few blemishes on front fender, side number plate (from normal trail riding) and the muffler guard above the kick start has a few scratches too. Kelly Blue Book is 1280. Will accept a reasonable offer -- these bikes hold their value very well. No trades. This is a GREAT bike . Thanks for looking. 1999 Honda VFR 800 Interceptor in excellent condition. 19.6k miles. Runs great, never a mechanical problem. Cosmetically awesome - no dents, scratches, etc. Good tires.
