WITCO Inc. is hiring a Job Coach!JOB SUMMARY: The Job Coach provides on-site work skill training for individuals with disabilities who work in the community. The Job Coach assists persons served with instruction in appropriate work habits and behaviors on the job site. In addition, the Job Coach advocates for the consumer by providing support and reinforcement. Job Coaches are responsible for maintaining a professional relationship with the person served, employers, and co-workers at the job site.The Job Coach is required to complete necessary paperwork and provide on-going support services. WITCO Inc. is hiring a Developmental Specialist. JOB SUMMARY: The Developmental Specialist designs, implements and supervises services which enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities. Developmental programs increase independence and community integration. The Specialist is responsible for the development of both group curriculums and individualized plans in compliance with Medicaid regulations and other accreditation standards. The Specialist provides leadership for WITCO programs in Fruitland and Caldwell, hiring, supervising and motivating employees, establishing program budgets and achieving fiscal goals. The Specialist networks with community organizations, referral sources and professional groups to market services and advocate for persons served JOB QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor’s degree in special education, speech and language pathology, applied behavioral analysis, psychology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, social work or therapeutic recreation. Related degrees can be accepted based on successful completion of a training curriculum and competency testing. A minimum of 240 hours of professionally supervised experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. Attention to detail, good work organization, proficiency in verbal and written communication, exceptional public relations ad a high degree of energy and enthusiasm are essential. I am a violin teacher looking for eager students who are wanting to keep on practicing throughout the summer and into the school year! My experience as a violinist includes orchestra grades 5 through 12, concert master of orchestra for 5 different years, member and concert master of the elite Caldwell High School chamber players for 2 years, member of the Idaho All-State orchestra for two years, violinist in the Boise State symphonic orchestra for 2 years. I currently graduated from Boise State University this May and Im looking for students ages 4 to 20. Lessons will be held in my home in Caldwell for either a half hour or an hour once a week, depending on the age of the student.
