Hello-We are a gay male couple ages 33 and 38 with a room for rent. We are looking for a dependable, honest and outgoing and open minded roommate. We live in a 1700 square foot home off the freeway (29 Franklin exit). It is a very quiet neighborhood. You get your own private bath, full house privaledges, brand new washer and dryer, xbox 360, ps 2, home entertainment system if you are into movies, huge back yard, driveway parking, storage in the garage if needed.Smoking not allowed indoors but oustside is okay, no drugs, no parites but drinking in moderation is okay. You must like animals. We have three little dogs and two cats but our house is kept very clean. Looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and is easy to get along with.Rent is 300.00 plus 85.00 for utilities and 100.00 deposit. We have 2 empty bedrooms and a bathroom seperated from the master bedroom, bathroom, nursery and office (on different floors) the 475 includes utilities such as cable, power and trash, 2 bedrooms and your own bathroom, We are easy goin and we think we are fun! We do not drink, smoke, party and dont want that here. We are close to the freeway but live in the country. Takes me about 20 min. to get to the boise mall. Need roomate just me and need to rent out the other room. 350 covers all, its nice pretty much like a brand new apartment, rent due every 5th.
