Includes: *Small temporary furniture will be brought into the main living areas; Entry, Family Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom.  If the Home Owner would rather have full furniture we will set up a meeting to pick out and rent furniture for the home.  The Home Owner is responsible for the rental contracts and fees.  We will move in and set up the furniture upon delivery. *Non perishable accessories will be added such as table settings, throw blankets, mirrors, towels, bedding, basket of bathroom items in the master bath, basket of knitting items near a chair in the family room, bed tray on the bed with wine bottle and glasses, hangers and small items in the master closet, candles, ect.                                                              Open House Enhancement:   The day of open house we will come in 3 hours prior to the open house time to set the stage.  This includes bringing in fresh flowers, fresh fruit, additional throw blankets and pillows, additional accessories, add lamps if necessary, bring in music, light candles, set tables in dining and kitchen area, update bedding if necessary, update bathroom towels if necessary, move furniture, light de-clutter, light depersonalization, light cleaning, polish cabinets, open blinds, turn on lights and lamps, ect.  We will completely set the mood for the open house.  We will also break down all our items at the end of the open house.  This package requires visitation to homes we have not previously staged at least 3 days prior to the open house to prepare. De-Clutter Service:(requires home owner assistance) We will come in and assist Home Owners in de-cluttering and organizing their home.  We will shop for needed storage items based on the budget the home owner provides to us.  Initial consultation is free to bid the amount of hours needed to achieve the goals set forth by the home owner.
