Was used for about a year. Then removed for a remodel and the original owner didn't want it re-installed. The awning is in great shape, no tears in the material. Utilizes a manual crank out system, not motorized, but extends and retracts quickly when mounted, includes the mounting brackets and has a crank handle made from rebar. The original one was made out of thin cheap metal, have the original one if you want to repair it, but the rebar one works fine. It is very heavy. Original cost was over a $1,000.00, just needs a little cleaning up, install it and it is ready to use and have some shade. Get it before I decide to put it on my house.
