Aloha, Im looking for a studio or apartment for up to $700 anywhere between mililani to kahala though my preference is in town. I currently pay $575 but am willing to pay more for the right place. I prefer a place where utilities and parking is included however street parking is ok if the area has easy street parking. Internet access is a plus. And a washer and dryer on site would be great. Hello, Me and my small pooch will be available to relocate to a new place starting in November. If you have a room or a cottage opening up in that time or even in December please contact me to get further acuainted with us .I work full time and go to school 2 nights a week. Im active and enjoy a clean home. My dog is house trainned and is actually a medical certified dog for a friend of mine. He is a Lahpso Apso less than 15lbs, does not shed hair, has been trained not to bark ( i also have a bark collar in case he gets brave) he enjoys the beach, playing, going on long walks.He was also raised with cats. I have a picture attached but this was his winter coat, i actually trimmed him down real short. I am allergic to cats but i can be flexible depending on how clean you keep your home. Hi everybody!My name is Mark and I just graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia. After a vacation on Maui next month I will move to Honolulu looking for a long term lease at the start of August. I have lived in many shared homes and totally enjoy the experience. I am an easy going guy that has a love for everything outdoors and activity. I ride my bicycle everywhere and love it! Im an avid rock climber and totally enjoy camping, hiking, barbeques and adventures. As a roommate, I like to keep my living spaces very clean and hope for roommates that appreciate a clean house as well. Other then that, I pay bills on time, like cooking exploration and drinking craft beers. Overall I am respectful, responsible, honest and trustworthy (I was a boyscout when I was younger, can you tell!). I would like to be somewhere close to Downtown, perhaps between Chinatown and the Ala Wai Golf Course. It would be an awesome plus to be within a reasonable biking distance from the nearest surfing beach! My price range is up to around $750 max with utilities.
