Available starting August 1st is one bedroom in a 3 br unit in Capitol Place, a beautiful building conveniently located in downtown Honolulu. This apt. complex is GORGEOUS, and basically about a year old. Weve been living in this unit for a year now and love it. There are TONS of amenities here, including a movie theater, bbq cabana area, infinity pool, brand new gym, dog park, etc. The building is far enough away from chinatown that its quiet and safe, yet close enough that you can walk to all the restaurants and bars downtown has to offer. Theres one room available for rent for $900/month. You would share the bathroom and shower with one guy. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit, as well as a dishwasher and full viking setup in the kitchen. Of course, there is the obligatory lanai. The apartment is on the 7th floor of the building. Electricity is the only utility not included in the rent. We currently rent a 3rd parking space we can extend it if we need . This will be a short-term lease, and is only available month to month. Not my choice, its the decree of the owners! So if you NEED a 6 mo. or year-long lease, this might not be the place for you. A bit about us: were both easy-going, laid back 25 y/o guys. We like to have fun on the weekends going out mostly to the bars downtown. We both work long hours during the week, so prefer to keep it quiet then (with the ocassional exception of course). One has been living in HI for 2 years the other for a bit over one or so. We tend to go out, meet new people, and like to go out and explore the island. Were good about keeping common areas clean and neat, and expect the same future potential roommates. We were spoiled to have our third roommate, but sadly he cant continue with us. We hope to find another kewl person to fill his spot. Living with someones whos easygoing and open-minded is important to us.
