Its very private and breezy with great light. Its a huge room -- big enough for 2 beds. May be willing to consider renting out for 2 people to share. Utilities are shared per person, not per room. The furniture included is a queen sized bed with mattress/box spring, frame and headboard, one full length matching dresser with vanity mirror, matching nightstand, bookshelf and closet with built in closet organizer. The room is also air conditioned with a window unit. The utilities will be about $150 extra and include Cable TV and Wireless internet and the basics electric, water, sewer. You can lump it into one payment of $900/month for everything. The rest of the house is shared between 2 respectful easy going males in their upper 20s. One is in the military and the other is a teacher so both are gone during the weekdays. The rest of the townhome that you would share includes a full bathroom upstairs, a half bath downstairs, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and lanai with storage, the rest of the house is also furnished. You would have your own reserved parking stall and guests are welcome to park on the street. The complex is called Waiau Gardens and includes a pool/rec area. One of the roommates has a very well behaved smallish (25 lbs) mixed breed dog who everyone loves, another pet in the house is negotiable, but it would have to be a similar type (house broken dog) so they would get along and not wreck the house. The atmoshpere at the town house is very laid back and fun but at the same time not a crazy party house. We believe in keeping your personal business/mess in your bedroom and keeping the common areas neat and tidy out of respect for all roommates. This is an ideal situation for someone new to or just stationed on Oahu. The location is convenient being in the center of the island, close to shopping malls, grocery stores, Universities, bus stops, military bases, the north shore or south shore/waikiki is usually less than 30 minutes and the neighborhood is peaceful enough but still close to everything convenient.
