I am currently in the Navy and my fiance is in the Army and will be returning to Hawaii in September from Iraq. I am heading over there early because I start school on August 24th and I really dont wanna waste time finding a place all the way up till the days school starts. We dont mind a one bedroom but we prefer a two bedroom and one or two baths. We are smokers but I own a home here in Tennesse and have never smoked in my own home, I dont like that and wouldnt do it to any other home, especially if it wasnt mine! We would prefer unfurnished but there are some things that are a must. A washer and dryer, dishwasher and all the main appliances. We would like to have a garage with a small backyard to grill out but then again its a want not a need. We do not currently have pets but you never know we might get a dog or cat but i would like to have that option. I would prefer utilities to be included. I dont mind paying for electric thats fine. If anyone can help let me know. I also need an a to b car willing to pay $1000 for it.
