Work as member of top-notch executive team to successfully fulfill company’s strategic plan. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Minimum of 5 yrs. Controller or Financial Management experienceMinimum 5 yrs. of supervisory/management experience CPA preferred ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare monthly financial statements including journal entries and reconciliations Assemble annual operating and capital budgets Develop and maintain cash flow projections Maintain chart of accounts and company financial records Perform percentage-of-completion revenue recognition Track over and under billings Manage cash flow and collections process Handle account reconciliations and tax filings Maintain banking relationship and perform bank reconciliations Manage relationship with CPA and annual tax reporting Maintain relationships with key vendors Support necessary inter-departmental reporting Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract administration and payroll Manage day-to-day work flow and departmental operations timely and accurately Maintain licenses, bonding and insurance requirements Maintain, manage and adhere to department policies, procedures and process flow REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comprehensive PC skills Mas 90 proficientAdvanced Excel capabilities Strong organizational skills and analytical abilities Developed management and communications skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Results-oriented and profit-minded Ability to see the big picture while maintaining keen attention to detail Initiative and self motivation Skilled at managing workflow and prioritizing workload COMPENSATION: Salary of $65,000 - $80,000 Comprehensive benefits package
