It is a lovely place and just one minute from Yoga Class. Dog Needs- I have an extremely loving, mellow, short haired 10 yr old dog that will need a lot of pampering. She may want to sleep next to you also. I do not want her left home alone hardly ever. She likes to go with you in the car. My Needs- I would like my pristinely clean cottage to be kept in that condition. This may require you to rinse the dog paws before entering on rainy, muddy days….etc etc. The weather in this location is good. Exchange- free, a security deposit, & sign a dogsit agreement.. The dog is not any kind of hassle. She lays around most the time. Everyone loves her. I prefer someone who will stay home a lot. Its such a nice 5 acres that you may like that anyway.
