Great deal on a room that rented for $1050 just last month.We thought we had an agreement twice this month but both ended up falling through and now we have ended up facing June 1st without a roommate to help us share the rent. My wife likes to garden in the back and as a result we also have a thriving vegetable garden (as well as a lychee and an avocado tree). There is also a washer/dryer on the property and a huge front lanai with great views of Diamondhead and the city. Room will be either furnished or unfurnished based on your preference. The three of us that currently live here are busy/responsible professionals who are considerate, clean and quiet. Perfect for a vacationing family. This lovely house is currently available to rent by the week while we search for the right tenant. Located in Beautiful Manoa Valley, large yard with mango, lychee, banana, and papaya trees. Private covered patio area is an extension of the house great for dining outside (no mosquitos either!) We are a 15 minute drive from the beach, 5 minute drive from UH, 2 minute drive from Manoa Marketplace which features Safeway, Longs, a variety of restaurants, and other local shops. There is a Washer and Dryer, full kitchen, and a parking spot in the carport. We can equip the house with whatever type of furniture, beds/bedding needed, towels, etc. We live in the top story of the house and we are looking to rent the bottom portion which is appoximately 1500 sq ft. It has 2 bedrooms, although one of the rooms has the washer and dryer in it. Between the living room and bedroom, a family can fit comfortably. This is way cheaper than any of the hotels, and much roomier. There is cable and wireless internet.
