The common rooms shared are the kitchen and living room both of which are fully furnished and recently renovated. The room is partially furnished with a queen sized bed and the bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink area with marbled tile floor.( The room itself is carpeted ) -The house is located on E. Manoa Rd. on a long drive way so we avoid the traffic noises, 2 min walk to manoa market place and 10 min walk to UH campus. Bus stop right outside driveway -no parking availible at this time but street parking is freely availible. -utilities not included, once a month is gas, electric and cable/wireless. water is every other month - washer and dryer availible -the room will be availible on july 1st, however if needed to move in earlier we are flexible, rent and deposit of 700 also needed on the date of occupation -about roommates upstairs: 1 couple, another female all college grads/young proessionals.
