me and my family are looking to rent a house or townhouse in the makakilo area. we are responsible tenants that are looking for a 3 bed 2 parking unit. please no apt oar condos. we have section 8 voucher so the unit must take this and pass the inspections. We dont mind an older home jus so long its not infested and is in livable conditon. a gated yard would be nice and the possibilty to have a pet. we may in the future like to adopt a a puppy or dog in the future. we prefer the unit to have a washer and dryer and be partially furnished with oven ,fridge, stove , we would like to move in before october 31 our price range is $1500-$1700. as our lease is up by then. if you have a unit that may suit us email me with details of the unit and pics if possible. please dont email asking : did you find a place ?\" everytime i have responded to one of those i got spam mail. i will not reply in that case. we are serously looking for a long time home, please take this serious. The other roomies are Lindsay and Zack, who are both in their mid 20’s as well, very clean and easy to get along with.The townhouse is located in quiet, breezy, upper Makakilo with gorgeous views of Pearl Harbor , the West loch Waterways, downtown, and the coastline/ocean. Arterial highway access is two minutes away but far enough so you will never hear or see traffic. There is a park nearby for jogging, exercising, or playing sports with a killer view of the coastline.Kapolei is literally a 4 minute drive away and has everything you need--food stores, dentist, doctor, restaurants, you name it, and world class surfing and resorts are minutes away.
