A small doctor office located in Kona is looking for a responsible, organized and dependable receptionist. Experienced preferred but willing to train. The individual must also have excellent phone communication skills and enjoy working closely with clients. Receptionist responsibilities include but are not limited to: Customer Service- scheduling patients, greeting clients, and answering multi-line phone system Filing Insurance Claims: Work closely with Doc and file insurance claims on timely manner.Office Maintenance – ordering supplies, and keep office organized Office Tasks-, copying, distribution of faxes, scanning and mailing If you are interested, please email us your resume today.
