We have two rooms available in our three bedroom house...First room: available asap, $550, ocean views, 4 windows and very bright, huge closet with full length mirror, hard wood floors.Second room: available August 1st, $550, same as the other room but mountain view. These 2 rooms are the same size and will share a bathroom together, there is no need to sign a lease and the deposit is flexible.About the house: We are located at the top of Palisades on Mahilani about 10 minutes from town and 5 minutes to the airport. Has an awesome lanai with perfect ocean views and a very cool elevation. Fully furnished house, whats ours is yours...there is a bed for the first person to come and an airbed for the second (if needed). We are a couple sharing a room with our own bathroom, both employed full time and work a lot. Like the house to stay clean and pretty quiet. Just looking for 2 cool but mellow roomies to share this house with that can actually pay the rent on time. Mom is only 68 and has Parkinsons, that gives her tremors in her hands etc, (she is not disabled), just has a hard time changing sometimes, walking, and cant drive. Because of this, we would prefer a female. We want someone to come in check on mom, make a lunch (snack, sandwich (nothing fancy). On occasion, (maybe once a week, she does go to k-mart and enjoys riding the scooter and shopping, and the occasional doctors appt. This is why we would like someone we can count on. We are a nice local family that lives in Holualoa (a nice quiet area), Help is not required everyday so you could have another job and this would be a perfect situation to save on rent, utilities etc. We would treat you like family and want a long-term (please do not call if you are just looking for a place to transition, we need a long term person that wants to help someone in need). A car would be required. The room is a studio that is partially furnished with cable hook-up for a TV and utilities and computer access on a wireless router is included. Shared bath and kitchen. Room is downstairs so you have privacy and dont have to be upstairs with my mom and niece. (My niece also helps after school weekends etc) and this is why she just needs part-time help.
