Our Finance & Operations Manager position involves day to day bookkeeping through GL and reconcilliations as well as preparation of year end financials and 1099s, over sight of office escrow files, and management of office staff , systems and technology. A minimum of two years experience in financial management of small business, ability to excell at task-oriented projects as well as people oriented projects. Excellent computer skills are essential. Real Estate experience not required but successful applicant must be living on Maui and have earned an accounting degree, or business degree with accounting major. Some travel to the mainland and other islands. Qaulified candidates will be tested to assure skill sets meet the needs of the position. Salary is dependant on experience.
