| Thank you for reading this post. Are you tired of all the drama with your rental or house mate? I am in the process of closing out all of my affairs and will be relocating from Florida to Hawaii sometime around the beginning of September, but, for the right place, I will start paying (looking to spend 800-900.00 per month) for it august 1st with the deposit paid in July. I will be needing a studio or 1 bedroom apt. to rent. I am looking for a very long term situation. I would like a roomy ground floor place with air conditioning, full kitchen, full bath (outdoor shower ok) with bathtub, fully nicely furnished, and include all utilities (all points negotiable). A beautiful ocean view with bbq area would be really great. It must be in a nice, clean, and quiet area. I will be bringing a motorcycle with me, so would really like some sort of indoor parking (garage) for that as well, or at least, some kind of protective parking to keep it out of the salt air. I am very clean, quiet, and very respectful of others and their property and would expect the same in return.A BIG PLUS FOR YOU: I have government guaranteed incomes (NOT sect. 8 or Hud), so you will always receive your rent no matter what the economy does and your rental will be taken care of as if it were my own.. Previous landlords have called me their perfect tenant. I would be interested in sharing a place, but you have to be extremely cool (meaning young or at least young at heart) and respectful. I wish to live in a judgment free environment, meaning I want to feel comfortable having company over and visitors from the mainland occasionally without feeling invasive. It must have an \"Im home\" and \"Im comfortable\" family, fun, kind of atmosphere. I am a young 55yo, swm, retired military (Naval Aviator), intelligent and very well traveled having been to dozens of countries and all states and pretty fun I think. In fact, since we are directly behind the famous South Kihei condo row, it is impossible to get any closer to a South Kihei resort without actually staying in one. With two separate lanais, one for the main living area and one for the master suite, its quite well designed to accommodate larger groups. This is a TRUE two bedroom, two bathroom condo with double lanai frontage and NOT merely an open loft over a one bedroom, one bathroom layout.The Kihei Alii Kai is a nice, quiet complex with pool, spa and tennis courts. Our unit is near the pool and only about 150 yards from Kamaole Beach Park I and the Pacific Ocean. We have a king bed in the master suite, a queen in the second bedroom and a proper queen-sized sleeper sofa in the main living area. Also, we offer twin or full-size portable floor mattresses for extra guests. Our condo is newly furnished with a big screen TV in the living room and 24 inch flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. All three are equipped with VCR and DVD players. We provide a full sized washer/dryer set right in the unit. Plus, there is a powerful 24,000 BTU A/C unit in the living room and another brand new 10,000 BTU unit dedicated to the master bedroom suite.
