Check-in was as smooth as possible and Im not sure we could have gotten a better unit for our purposes. We ended up in a corner unit on the second floor of building 2, which if Im not mistaken was deluxe, which I wasnt expecting. It was a very convenient location for the coming and going of all of the family and friends that were also there, and was great for lunches and dinners on the lanai, which helped our food bill and blood pressure. I had to change my reservations 3 times with Tom and he treated me very fairly. The accommodations were excellent. In my opinion Kaanapali Beach is the nicest location in Maui. You will not find a nicer place to stay then the Westin, especially at the rates Tom charges. Dave My husband and I rented a villa at the Westin Ocean Resort Villas through Tom in February 2008. Our experience working with Tom was very easy and our stay at the Westin Villas far exceeded our expectations. The room was new, very clean, and beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchenette and in-room washer and drier were convenient. The grounds around the hotel were very nice and we enjoyed walking through them at the end of our daily walks on the beach. Some of the major selling points for us were the free shuttle service to both Whaler’s Village and Lahina, (we hardly had to use our rental car the entire week) and the countless whales we saw from the beach right in front of the hotel!! We also really liked the easy beach access, ample poolside lounge area, and the free fitness facility at the resort. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely work with Tom and stay at the Westin Villas on our next trip to Maui without thinking twice!!!! The McKays Tom, As our trip ends tom. It has two Master bedrooms with King size beds in each room, plus a queen size bed, plus two twin size beds, plus a sofa pullout if you needed it. It is two story and if I had to guess I would say it is around 1500-1600 square feet but I am not sure. It has everything you need as it is fully furnished. It has a washer/dryer, T.V.s, 3 patios and a rear grass area that extends to the protected cliffs of the Northern Shore! The only thing between you and the protective cliffs are palm trees, a hammock, a picnic table and about 75 yards of beautiful grass and landscape! We have very four young children and this place has been great for our kids so whether you are bringing a big family or just yourself, this place will work great! Amenities include, tennis, rubberized playground, basketball courts, beautiful swimming pool and the entire Pacific Ocean and more.
