Ideal candidate will have construction experience and cost accounting. Will handle full-charge bookkeeping including A/P & A/R, payroll, bank reconciliation, general ledger, preparation of financial statements, cash flow management, cost allocation, depreciation schedules, tax preparation, collection on past due accounts. Must be proficient with Quickbooks and Excel. Must be familiar with Hawaii general excise and preparation of returns. Effective communication is a must and the ability to build client relationships. Should feel very comfortable presenting financial information to management and bringing solutions to the table.
