Im looking for a roommate who intends to stay long term, at least 6 months or longer. There is also a $750 security deposit. My landlords are awesome people, from Kauai and LA. When there have been needs for repairs, they have been attentive, and prompt to fix problems. These are no slumlords (cause Ive dealt with a few here on Oahu), but professional, caring people.I am a responsible, 31 year-old woman. I am a long time Hawaii resident (12 years and counting). I work in the education system and also participate in the Army Reserve program. I get along with most people and as a roommate, I am respectful of you, your things, and your privacy. I pay my bills on time and seek the same in a roommate. I dont drink or use drugs. I dont mind a social drinker, but I prefer not to live with a party animal! I like to have fun, but I loathe drama and seek a peaceful home environment.The pictures posted show the living room (pet cage and sheets over the white couches will go when my roommate moves) and the room for rent. My roommate will be taking her things with her. The room will be unfurnished, so you could bring your own things. I havent done much decorating, its not my strength, so if you were interested, you would really be able to make this place a refection of your own taste!
